Whether you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is defective, no worries ! We will gladly process your return for an exchange or give you an online credit valid on our boutique. Please note that we do not refund and that on sale items are final sales.
Obviously, to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You have 7 days to exchange your purchase or return the defective item upon reception of your order.
In order to make the return process easier, we ask you to contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending it back to us. Please mention your name, the invoice number and the reason for the exchange.

Please note that shipping fees for an exchange must be assumed by the buyer. We will however ship your new item to you for free.
Returns from the United States must be made via USPS only. Packages with custom fees will be refused. All returned articles must be declared as "Canadian goods return" on the custom declaration.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service so you can be sure that we will receive your returned item.
We take good care of looking at every item that we ship to our customers. If one of our products happens to be defective or broken upon reception, please contact us as soon as possible to fully understand our return and exchange procedure. The exchange procedure must be made within 7 days upon reception of your package.
Once we receive the product, we will proceed the exchange as quickly as possible without charging you any fees. In case the item is out-of-stock, we will refund you the same way you paid.
